How Licensing Works
01.Standard License
This service is best for clients and smaller brands/limited use for small-medium distribution. One-time use, Non-exclusive, 1-year term, no modifications.
02.Extended License (Greater Flexibility)
One defined use, multi-year use, broader distribution, greater flexibility, non-exclusive, 2-3 year term. Best value for use in medium-large distribution. Minor modifications allowed.
03.Premium/Exclusive License (High Value)
Best for brands that want control + scale. Exclusive rights (category or full), 3+ years or perpetual, Priority usage rights, Royalties (5-10%). For use in large distribution/ retail.
04.Rush Project Option
+25% -100% on to your total for rush design orders.
05.Expanded Product Use
Beyond the scope of 1 product use, fees apply.
